It's simple: People need to be friendly!If you aren't being friendly, you better listen to those from the Uniteam (including Euphyans), otherwise you'll make them very angry and be subject to being kicked out of this planet!We have to remind you that this server was created inside a platform, where you have legal stuff, but also Guidelines, age limits, appropriate profiles and posts and more blah blah, we say this because apparently we're required to!!

"What if I'm feeling down?"
It's okay, it happens! If you need to spread out negativity, sensitive stuff, all those things that unfortunately exist, it's all down to Hot Underground, provided by other residents (and a togglable role)! Don't worry, they are friendly too, just more serious than up here, where we're just being silly!Don't hesitate to come back up when you're feeling more... positive!!

» Your PMs here are entirely private. We listen to concerns and will take any actions needed / requested, such as removing chats or deleting entire threads. If you leave the server, anything in PMs related to you won't be kept here.

» We handle our own "Private Chats" system which allows you to privately chat with an individual Euphyan or in a set group that contains at least one Euphyan. This means you can have multiple Euphyan friends without shuffling chats! We have to do it inside a server, because basic DMs do not include integrations (such as PluralKit, /plu/ral, Tupperbox...).ᯓ☆ Definitions: We differentiate "Direct Messages" the classic messaging for whole accounts, and "Private Chats", which is the system we invite you to use in our WLP. We call chats between two members "Binary Chats", and chats with three or more members "Group Chats".🔐 ALL PRIVATE CHATS MADE HERE ARE CONFIDENTIAL AND MAY NOT BE SHARED, UNLESS EXPLICITLY PERMITTED. 
Privacy Standardsᯓ☆ All threads under the Private Chats channel are strictly private. Always find your Private Chats through the "threads" button inside said channel.ᯓ☆ You may not turn a duo into a group chat. Instead, create a new group chat. This is because new members would be able to read through the whole history, which can compromise privacy. If group members leave and there are only two members left, it'll still be considered as a "group" where you'll be able to @mention more people to add them to the thread. However, if you are in a duo and wish to switch accounts, you can ask for an account transfer. Simply prove ownership of your new account.ᯓ☆ You may not @mention accounts that aren't meant to be participants of private chats. Just in case while creating the chat, we may happen to forget to turn off an option that allows any mentioned accounts to access the chat. This is only fine if explicitly permitted inside a group chat.ᯓ☆ Any recruited staff (the "Uniteam") cannot read more private chats or groups. They get invited by participants, just like everyone else.ᯓ☆ If you leave the server, any private conversation linked to you may be deleted later. But you don't need to leave to delete a thread, you can also ask an Euphyan to delete it for you. They won't do it unless explicitly told to do so. 
Feature Limitationsᯓ☆ All Euphyans technically have access to all threads here. They're of course told that they are not allowed to access those in which they are not part of. This goes the same way for your account: If you have multiple threads with different members of yours, all your other members also technically can access them. This is a limitation because permissions only work per Discord account.ᯓ☆ It's possible that some memories happen to be shared between multiple Euphyans, even without them interacting with each other, because they're all connected to a same brain. This is usually only the case for learning very basic capacities (how to do different things) and not for actual experiences.ᯓ☆ Threads automatically hide after one week of inactivity, and this is the maximum setting we can set. As long as these chats are active, they won't be hidden. If they get hidden, you can show it again by going to the Private Chats parent channel, showing all threads and sending another message in that thread.

ᯓ☆ Euphya has different norms: we don't use "rules", but there are common sense and boundaries. We moderate situations independently, because no cases are the same. You'll be fine as long as you stay civil like anywhere else!ᯓ☆ Verification forms are always manually checked by open-minded responsibles, who do not only rely on some text. All your form answers are stored in a private channel in which only them can access, and no one else.ᯓ☆ Only manually verified members are able to access the public community. This is a security measure that helps preventing malicious actions from non-legitimate accounts in public channels.ᯓ☆ Please take a moment to check your classic DM privacy settings: by going to [Server name] -> Privacy Settings -> Allow Direct Messages. As this is a server accessible to the public, unverified members can find your profile through the basic channels. They cannot read your messages as they don't have access to public chats yet. So we genuinely recommend you to check this to avoid getting unwanted DMs.
